Arben Kashahu
Managing Partner
Arben is the managing partner of PRIZM Law Firm. He has more than 20 years of experience, 15 of which in leading positions in public and private sector. Arben, has been Director of Legal Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers Albania and Kosovo and also top civil servant official in the Albanian Government.
Under his management, the law firm rapidly grew within a short period of time and turned into a successful consulting firm for national and foreign investors, institutions and renowned entrepreneurs providing law expertise on commercial, tax, civil, public and administrative issues, including representation at national courts and international arbitration chambers. As a lawyer he has represented his clients as a council or co-council in different international courts and procedures. He has proven to achieve excellent results by accompanying the clients with strategic advice in their way to success.
Key qualifications include provision of outstanding legal advice on dispute resolution, mediation and out of court solution. Arben has a very long-standing experience on providing proficient legal service on commercial, tax, civil and administrative issues, including Legal Due Diligence for different clients and in preparation and drafting agreements/contracts between parties pursuant to Albania and Kosovo legislation.
Arben assisted the Albanian government in a range of law preparation processes and consulting on legal matters related to and for the scope of strengthening the role of the Albanian government and main public institutions.
Arben is an author or co-author of different professional publications.
Arben has lectured in different Universities in Albania and he was a speaker in many international professional activities.
